WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I GET A PROBLEM?

On email support, we try and get back within 8 hours. Normally this is quicker, depending on how busy we are.
Please note we only provide support during normal office hours: 8:30 am until 5:00 pm Monday to Friday UK
time at the moment. One day we hope to be like the big networks and afford 24 hour cover. That would be impressive.
Some basic settings for a SIP client. User your Greenfone mobile
number as the username. Use the password you use to login to your account on this
web site as the password. The Domain / Proxy setting is: voip.greenfone.net. Any other questions please use the contact form.
BILLING ENQUIRES?
We realise that billing questions are normally the most urgent. If you have a billing question
we will look to respond to these emails as soon as possible. If we need to ask questions we will call back.
